A quarter beef will feed a family of 4 for about 3 months!
You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a quarter beef share.
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery/pick-up.
Total cost is $7.50 per lb hanging weight, butcher costs included. Approximately 175-185 lbs hanging weight. (Bring home about 140 lbs if you choose bone in cuts)
