Many people want some pork, but only a small amount. We are now offering Mini Pork shares!
Each share will have a pork roast, 4 pork chops, 2 lbs of bacon, and about 10 lbs ground pork.
You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a mini pork share. Expect to bring home about 20 lbs of meat. (Most bones will be removed). This will easily fit in a kitchen refrigerator/freezer.
$6.50 per lb hanging weight includes cutting and wrapping. Approximately 30 lbs.
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery/pick-up.
Total cost is approximately $200.00
