Each share will have:
1 pork roast
6-8 pork chops
2 packages of bacon
Either a ham hock or spare ribs
about 8 lbs ground pork
Price: $6.00/lb, based on hanging weight
Approximate hanging weight: 30 lbs
Estimated total: $180
Deposit: $50.00
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery. (This is 1/8th of a pork share)
