Each share will have:
1 pork roast
4 pork chops
2 lbs of bacon
Either a ham hock or spare ribs
about 10 lbs ground pork
Price: $6.50/lb, based on hanging weight
Approximate hanging weight: 30 lbs
Estimated total: $200
Deposit: $50.00
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery.
