Cut options include pork chops, shoulder roasts, spare ribs, bacon (or side meat), ham, sausage (or ground pork), hocks, fat for making lard, and organ meat. We will send you a cut sheet so you can customize this to your preferences.
You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a whole pork. Expect to bring home about 210 lbs of meat (some bones will be removed).
$4.50 per lb hanging weight includes cutting and wrapping. Approximately 250 lbs.
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery/pick-up.
