You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a quarter beef. Expect to bring home about 80 lbs of meat (bones removed).
$5.50 per lb hanging weight includes cutting and wrapping. Approximately 125 lbs.
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery/pick-up.
Total cost is approximately $675.00
