A half pork will feed a family of 4 for 2 months!
Cut options include pork chops, shoulder roasts, spare ribs, bacon (or side meat), ham, sausage (or ground pork), hocks, fat for making lard, and organ meat. We will send you a cut sheet so you can customize this to your preferences.
You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a half pork. Expect to bring home about 100 lbs of meat (some bones will be removed).
$5.25 per lb hanging weight includes cutting and wrapping. Approximately 125 lbs.
We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid to us on or before delivery/pick-up.
Total cost is approximately $650.00
